Six week wait for a telephone appointment for an elderly lady in a lot of pain.! It is a disgrace. Told to phone at 8am each day. When you finally get a response they no appointments phone again tomorrow. One GP is very scruffy, rude and abrupt. Not a nice man at all | ||||||

The 5 stars are for one particular doctor, I have never in my life met a doctor as caring, thoughtful and genuine as he is. His practice and treatment of patients should be taught to all doctors, his caring nature makes such a difference to a person's experience and ALL Doctors need to take a leaf out of his book, it's a shame all the doctors within this surgery are not like him. I would like to take this opportunity to thank this doctor for doing his job and treating people like humans!! | ||||||
