Rang to make an appointment at 8am. Autobot tells me there are more than 100 people in the queue and I can't be added, please try later. Rang every 5 minutes. Constantly told the same thing until 10.30. whereupon I was finally added to the queue. Still waiting for the call back... If you are handling calls for 4 different surgeries, might I suggest employing sufficient telephone staff to cope with demand. NHS is supposed to be a service. Not scrimping on staff wages for profit making. | ||||||

Impossible to get through on the telephone. They supposedly open at 8 am, yet when I ring at 8 on the dot I am still often hanging on for over an hour, only to be told there are no more appointments today, and to try again tomorrow ! Then tomorrow the same thing can happen. Absolutely hopeless. What sort of service is this ? | ||||||
