A doctor told me they were under qualified which showed as they asked for medical evidence that when provided they stated must be wrong, they went on to say the same about the info provided by a specialist team. This is a reoccurring issue at the clinic as I was even told a now diagnosed disease was all in my head, it’s ridiculous & there’s countless others with similar stories. | ||||||

I have been registered with this practice for almost 20 years and can still see the same GP with whom I originally registered. This is what one would like in a small country market town, but can't be taken for granted. I am registered as an on-line user and can book appointments and order repeat prescriptions on line, which is very convenient, as I can see the range of appointments available to me, and always works. I can park for free for 40 minutes outside the door and UI can be reasonably confident that I will be seen within that time. The staff are kind and friendly and professionally knowledgeable.
