Dr has seen me on a number of occasions and is friendly and helpful. The receptionists and pharmacy staff are also excellent and open late which is very convenient for work etc and dispense their own prescriptions. My only grumble is that they need to get into the 21st century and accept card payments for prescriptions etc! |

Receptionists are so rude Reply from Corbridge Medical Group Fri, 07 Nov 2014 08:45:45 Z We take comments of type very seriously and aim to put things right as quickly as possible. We very rarely receive such negative feedback about our receptionists and clearly something has gone wrong on this occasion which we need to address. I would encourage this patient (and any others who consider our reception staff to be rude or unhelpful) to contact the practice directly so that we can address this without delay. I have been with this practice on and off for over twenty years and it remains very good indeed . The whole practice is extremely well run and extremely efficient. The on-site pharmacy is excellent, appointment system is OK -it's often busy and sometimes you have to wait for four or five days but if there is anything urgent they are very responsive.
The doctors are generally very competent and reasonably caring. given the pressure of work they are under.
The nursing team including the district nurses are absolutely outstanding which is a great asset for this practice.
In summary highly recommended ; in my opinion one of the best practices in the area. |
