Rang for a telephone appointment and was placed in a queue of 3 people was on hold for at least 20 minutes before I was told I was next in the queue, then I got cut off! rang back immediately and was placed in a queue of 5 waited a further 25 minutes before I managed to speak to a call analyst. Was told that a doctor would call me back later, which granted they did and was told that someone would call me back about arranging a suitable appointment for an ECG. Never received a call back was just sent a txt advising of an appointment over a week away, as the appointment was not at a suitable time I had to ring the surgery to rearrange and was once again put in queue of 5 others.........they need a telephone service that is fit for purpose!! |

Waited 3 wekks just for a telephone call. Gave me anti biotics without seeing me. In the end I got my ears syringed privately...felt lots better |

Phoned and answered promptly by reassuring call handler. I recieved a call back by a clinician within 30 mins and treatment started promptly. Excellent service during this very busy time |
