We were holidaying in Ulverston and had to seek advice from a doctor for our 22 month old daughter. From the moment we called and spoke to the receptionist, to the same day appointment, the experience was pleasant, professional and stress free. The doctor was caring and very approachable. I cannot rate this surgery highly enough. | ||||||

We are very fortunate to have this team of caring professionals in our area. They really listen and follow up well. The change to online services for booking appointments and prescriptions has been well managed with patient consultation as part of the process. Reception staff, nurses and doctors work together well and treat all patients with respect. | ||||||

My appointment was with the practice nurse who was very efficient and friendly. Blood samples were taken on the first attempt as previously I have had some bad experiences. | ||||||
