Just called the surgery, I'm a carer of two elderly parents and the receptionist immediately picked up on this and responded brilliantly, she seemed to understands some of the issues we face as carers, arranged the two appoints to follow on from each other, so just one trip required. She took a brief but personal interest in me and was so positive in her manner that I felt really uplifted after speaking to her. Many thanks to you. 11/05/2032 |

The reception staff and the nurses I've visited have been great. However I have felt great emotional distress due to the lack of care and communication from one GP over a period of 6 months. After deciding to submit a written complaint detailing the effects this GP has had on my mental health and quality of life I am now left hurt and feeling helpless by the practice managers response. Barely achknowledging my listed concerns she has responded with a suggestion that I find another practice and a letter from the GP in question with her version of events. No surprise that the manager isn't concerned at the discrepancies between the drs version of events and whats written by her in my medical records, as her response was dated several days before the DRs. All I asked was that measures were put in place to ensure no one else was to feel as I had. I didn't want anybody punished, just educated. Now I'm left feeling patronised and vilified. |

I recently had to request a home visit and I was so impressed with the kindness and courtesy of the receptionist . I received excellent support from from the nurse practitioner and feel it is so important to acknowledge good practice. Thank you Huntcliff Surgery. |
