Doctor (DEATH) Saroha needs his medical license destroying. He is the most useless doctor I have ever come across in my life and I have seen a lot of doctors due to my many illnesses. He DOES NOT CARE about patients! He only wants to remove as much medication from repeat prescriptions that people need to stay alive! I’m not good with my mental health at the minute and I could literally strangle this man due to the stress he’s putting me though every single month when I request medications. The manager again always unavailable every phone call and I know she will get things sorted as she’s a lovely lady. I just wish she knew what is actually going on under her watch. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THIS MAN. DOCTOR DEATH HE SHOULD BE CALLED BECAUSE HES BASICALLY GIVING EVERYONE A DEATH SENTENCE TAKING MEDICATIONS OFF PEOPLE. Again, I’ll try for a meeting with the manager and if I cannot get an appointment then I’ll be putting in a formal complaint in with the NHS and also my Lisa Nandy MP and taking this further, I’ll even take it to the media if needs be to highlight what’s going on in this place. Sick people shouldn’t have to beg for medications especially when I pay for them at the pharmacy!

The young lady who works on reception is the most rudest, arrogant and incompetent person I have ever come across. The amount of phone calls you have do before someone even answers the phone is absolutely ridiculous and as for the 24 hours appointment system.. what is all that about?! I would love to know why appointments cannot be booked more than 24 hours in advance? Having to phone up on the morning and basically compete with all the other patients for an appointment is stupid when appointments can easily be made and then to be told by the rude receptionist that appointments are only for 80 odd year olds who cannot use the internet is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard. Duty of care? Hmm… Also why I’m going on about appointments, the ask my GP online booking system is turned off once reached it limits which I was told it was set at 17 appointments so basically it’s turned off within minutes of it being turned on. Absolute waste of time! Phoning up for a repeat prescription and then they send it to the wrong chemist and then trying to get it sorted Been trying for a week to get said prescription and told the same thing every phone call it’ll be ready tomorrow when in fact it’s not ready tomorrow and not ready at all. If people can’t be bothered to do the job that they’re paid to do then leave and let someone else do it. I understand that the job maybe stressful but if you lack that skill then that particular job isn’t for you. One of the doctors is pig ignorant and tries his best to take medications off your repeat prescriptions which again, I understand that the surgery needs to save money on prescribing medications but I’m sorry, asthma inhalers are not one of them medications that asthmatics can do without. Makes one think if he is even qualified at all. There’s a lot of other things I could mention about this place but i think it’s quite clear that it’s not just myself but also the other patients who seem to have similar nightmares at this place. It’s a shame really as apart from the silly appointment system and the incompetent doctor and receptionist, this surgery would be brilliant as it was and had been the many years before. Pointless making complaints to the manager as they’ve been made before, time and time again and nothing ever changes
