..when the mental health practitioner at this practice repeatedly refuses to see specific patient(s) with every excuse under the sun, despite GP booking the appointment themselves. What is the point in their employment? | ||||||

The doctors and other clinical staff at this practice are very god and the admin staff as helpful as they can be. However the issue is that it is virtually impossible to book an appointment. All the “on the day” appointments are booked by one minute past eight (I am really not sure how that can happen) and future appointments as elusive. On one occasion the surgery telephoned me to ask me to see the GP about some blood test results and even they were unable to book me an appointment! This really needs to be resolved. | ||||||

Every member of the surgery are friendly and approachable. I get the feeling of a proper family doctors with this surgery rather than the cold clinical approach that I've had with other surgery's. They may not be the most modern practice but they do seem to care. | ||||||
