Rang up for emergency app for suspected chest infection that i have had repeated since last year. The lady who answered couldn't care less. Didn't ask what was wrong just straight out said there is nothing left, closed from dinner then put the phone down. Didn't offer or suggest any other services i could access. Another member of staff on the desk is lovely but you seriously need to reevaluate the woman you have answering the phone! Disgusting! No wonder the que went down so fast if this is how she speaks to everyone. I was 11th in the que! |

In general very satisfied with the level of service both on the phone or a visit to the surgery.
I feel that the team care and keep me informed and want the best outcome for ailments etc. The surgery recently had a makeover so its more modern, and very clean.
One niggle is the lengthy message that the senior doctor gives every time you make a call, I understand what he wants to convey but when you listen to it a number of times it starts to grate, suggest getting an actor to do the voice over! I know its minor but its all about the little things. |

Tried a few times to get an appointment to be told need to be seen by a pharmacist before appointment can be issued. This resulted in a long wait in urgent care to get antibiotics. Today tried for another appointment to be told no appointments left as doctor didn’t work Tuesday afternoons!! |
