Disgusting behaviour and attitude from receptionist. When a receptionist yells ' I have told you' nunmerous times Nd does not liste to patients. Prescriptions missed or waited long than 3 weeks Nd still not arrived. Ordered 3.1.18 still not recieved.
Receptionist hung up and refuaed to listen as whatbwas being said to me was wrong. Then decided tonsay i was threatening her. Load of rubbish. Contacted gp on his mobile no call back. Still my meds have not been sorted out and without is detrimental to my illness.
Told i had new pharmacy thiisis not the case staff do not look or complete effecient records. Will be looking into a new GP asap.
