I have been a patient for years with this surgery and have the same issues regularly, the Doctor is ok but the reception staff are completely useless, I ring to order prescriptions as I have for years and they are seldom done on time and are usually incomplete. When I rang about my latest prescription it was taken as usual but today when I rang to see why the pharmacy was unable to collect it even though I was told it would be ready, I was told they don't take repeat prescription orders over the phone, I am now left without the daily medication I need until next week when I can get there as I don't live in the area nor do I drive, the meds I take can cause fits if just stopped so I'm very worried and disgusted at the way I have been treated and all because a member of staff can't do their job. Very annoyed and worried! | ||||||
