how as this surgery even achieved 2 stars . Reception staff are exceptionally rude both face to face and on the phone. One doctor even enjoyed eating his lunch while I was sat discussing my issues,this in front of a trainee doctor who looked mortified. As soon as ongoing issues are sorted I will change to another surgery. Blakewater are a disgrace to the NHS and should be monitored on a weekly basis . | ||||||

I rarely need an appointment at the doctors but when I try to make one the receptionists are very unhelpful.
All of the GP and nurse appointments for that week should be readily available to book for poorly patients who need to see a doctor instead of holding them for 8am and when you try to call they only have one line I spent 45 minutes trying to get through to be told there’s no appointments for someone who genuinely requires to see the GP urgently as has been in A&e over weekend | ||||||
