Although the doctors and nurses are lovely when you do actually see them. The receptionists on the other hand, clearly there is no training provided as each one I speak to tells me different things and who I need to be seen by! Getting an appointment in a reasonable time-scale and then the practise keeping that appointment and not cancelling it is unheard of. I've had appointments cancelled more than once with no reason given and told I need to wait another fortnight to be seen. Superb surgery. | ||||||

The receptionists are very helpful and friendly and I have always managed to get an appointment on the same day when I've not been well. I wasn't too happy with the Doctor I saw last, I felt like the doctor was rushing and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. The doctor was very difficult to understand, the doctor had a very strong accent, I couldn't understand half of what the doctor said to me, I just found myself nodding at everything they said. I have never had an appointment that has been on time, there always seems to be at least a 20 minute wait. | ||||||

Three week waiting time for an appointment for headaches and dizziness. Horrible attitude of the receptionist (not all of their receptionists are devoid of empathy and thick on attitude but the one I spoke to today was.). A horrible experience. | ||||||
