Reception staff are incompetent and rude. Act like a bunch of children. Very bad with keeping medical records up to date. I've been asked by ACCRINGTON Pals to ring my GP to find out what they taking blood for, when I rang up, they have told me that person who spoke to a doctor from 111 has finished at 1.30pm and there's nothing they can do to find out, even though they are the k ones that have booked me in for 19.15 the same day. It's a joke of a place. |

I telephoned up at 13.25 for test results and was on the line for 1 hour still no answer off anyone to say it was closed.so I telephoned again to request a doctors call to discuss results and medication only to be told to phone in the morning but with working nights quite impossible disgusting.also I attended a bloods test only to be asked by the nurse what am I here for. I know they are busy but it seems to be happening quiet a lot. Improvement is needed with staff . |

Every time I've needed an appointment the staff have fitted me in very promptly. I have seen all 3 doctors over the last 18 month's. Every time I have been treated with dignity and respect. Each time the care and prescribed treatment has been "spot on".I would not hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone. |
