Son rang after being quite poorly for 4 days to be told he couldn’t have an appointment and to try over the counter medication ( the receptionist is not a doctor or medically trained?). As no change 24 hrs later ,called back , got phone appointment and then asked to go in to see doctor. Got dealt with politely , given sample kit and advised over the counter medication not suitable ? |

On a repeat visit with same problem, saw different doctor and was asked “ what did I hope to get from my visit today”???? Didn’t even do basic checks , condescending to say the least. Came out and booked another appointment with different doctor who was very helpful and organised tests and gave me needed medication. |

I have had several appointments recently and found the receptionist very helpful and pleasant, GP excellent felt so at ease as I was worried I was put at ease and felt much more relaxed and positive Thankyou |
