I was referred by RMC to a Wrist Joint Clinic with a choice of location. I tried to book online but the Booking Reference Number provided was rejected. I was directed to refer back to RMC. Please advise.... Booking ref no 004 1524.2949 | ||||||

Rang yesterday 4 times over the day to be told the call queue was full, tried again today 3 times again at various times as I wanted to pre book a appointment with the ANP for a review again call queue full. At 4:45pm I called and I was No 10 in the queue I held on till 6:20pm and end up putting the phone down at Number 2 in the Queue. How can anyone who works or has a busy life sit on hold for this length of time and still don’t get an appointment it’s beyond ridiculous | ||||||

waiting for the phone to be answered for1hour and 50 minuets waited till 6.55pm no reply went on the website says it closes a 18.00 hours i did get to caller number 1 though | ||||||
