I have recently had lots of dealings with the practice with regards to myself and also my father who we sadly lost in May this year. At a very traumatic time for my family and I, the practice provided excellent care and support. All our dealings with the surgery were handled professionally, confidentially and with sincere empathy. This is right through from reception staff to the GP's,also the District nursing team and dispensary that are linked to the practice. I feel very privileged to be a patient at this practice. |

I have been a patient of The Castle Medical Practice since birth and have never had any issues at all. As a large practice, you do not always get through on the phone immediately but what is to be expected when they serve over 14,000 patients? When I do get through I am always treated with respect and receive the care that I need. Every staff member I have ever been in contact with has been professional and friendly. I believe we are very lucky to have such an outstanding service in our town, especially in a time where the NHS is under such scrutiny and pressure. |

Always a great service - whether by phone, at the reception desk and during appointments. Staff are always keen to help and extremely positive. We are very lucky to have this service. |
