I was seen on the day by a GP regarding an ongoing issue. Receptionist are lovely and very helpful. I had a lengthy chat with a female GP I saw who referred me and was very helpful. Overall, I have had a negative experience with the Ryan Medical Centre. I do not believe this GP surgery possess a high continuity of care. It is evident from my experience that the admin/clerical staff require additional training on how to communicate appropriately with their patients. I have found the reception staff to be exceedingly unhelpful, rude and obnoxious.
