Don't visit this surgery, I was given a medicine I didn't require for 10 years.In other words attempted murder.I knew this as I was a healthcare professional. When I complained, the NHS covered the whole thing up to protect the Doctor's reputation. They also faked a diagnosis to cover up their mistake. They are evil pathological liars. | ||||||

What a terrible gp surgery, impolite reception ladies, more like Pitbulls, not any help at all you have to say all your private and in detail to be told go online not phone . No online with me.No compassion or caring. I am elderly and had my young boy neighbour to help, write now open to can visiting here with1 as told which there job and embarrassing for me. The ladies on the phone seem young with little medical knowledge and no sympathy and think they are high and mighty. What are they paid for. This was this year. I was also told last year a lot of times when my problem wasn’t as bad, go online now and really don’t need an appointment I’ve attend urgent care and admitted to ward with my symptoms far far worse.here I told no notes off gps surgery I said you can’t get an appointment and dr irons left now and gps don’t care for the elderly just dismiss even before pandemic when appointment were there. Even the gps don’t give a dam anymore since before these covid times just wanting there money and people aren’t having appointments and I speak for my older neighbours like me. If I get home I will be leaving no gps treat the elderly dismiss . New and trained gps who should know better and take seriously now look at my tale of experience and wouldnt say to people come to Pendle view for helpful ladies and excellent gps as none. They ignore or put it to age and do not take notes and never seriously. Look where I’ve ended up the hospital. Don’t join this gp surgery you Will be better service at chemist with those gps don’t know what they have learned not seem much and no concern for elderly patients | ||||||

Trying to see a doctor , what a nightmare , all you get from the receptionist is do it online . Don’t you know it’s COVID Not a friendly surgery at all . Rude doctors . Ask them a question and you get told not to Interrupt them . More concerned about the surgeries image than patients Talking down to patients seems the best this surgery does Shamefully poor Doctors for money ££ | ||||||
