I waited 20 minutes before I gave up and rang 111. Five days later I needed to talk to the doctor about reordering antibiotics. I rang at 9 am then twice more. It is now 8.20 pm and the doctor has not rung back. I’ll have to ring 111 again. Appalling service. | ||||||
