Absolutely ridiculous, ignorant receptionists, who think they are qualified doctors with the questions they ask , trying to get a prescription or an appointment is pot luck , they actually go out of their way to be obtuse, unhelpful and ignorant all at the same time ,Iv fired off loads of emails to them , yet they still persist in being difficult, got to be the worst surgery in the country,, | ||||||

Would no way recomend this surgery ring up engaged 1hr 40 mins finaly get through cue number 7 when i get through get cut off try again get through promise to ring back same day they dont complained before got nowhere nobody interested waste of time. | ||||||

You only need to look at other reviews to see how bad this surgery is. 1 you can never get through on the phone
2 you can never get an appointment when you want
3 the lack of empathy is a disgrace from some of the GPS not all
I recently went to a&e Female GP about pain management having waited weeks for appointment
I have osteoarthritis and all she said was she will contact my knee specialist!
I am not on any medication and in pain I'm sure there is something other than tramadol or co codamol
Waste of time. Bring back the previous doctor he cared | ||||||
