The reception staff are great, the nurses smashing, and the doctors fantastic. They all are informative, helpful and give you the time you need. Well done to you all. It is much appreciated. | ||||||

Changed doctors due to terrible service and communications at my previous surgery. So far, Prenton Medical Centre has been a world away from this. Everyone I have come in contact with - Reception staff, nurses and doctor have been excellent. It's been a bit of a shock getting such good, friendly service after my previous experience but this is how it should be and i'm very happy I changed. | ||||||
