I contacted the practice around 11am asking for an appointment, I was happy to wait a few days, however I got an appointment the same day. I understand the demands on our health service and I work for the NHS so this last minute availability was most appricated. The doctor was friendly and helpful and I felt listen to and an appropriate treatment plan was explained and understood. Thank you | ||||||

my husband was recently very ill very ill and went to blundellsands surgery with in an hour blood tests were taken tea time results back and had 3 doctors call him to make sure they were following up from the last doctor on duty ,,,he is now well as we know but appointement wth hospital and consultant this week ,,it amazed me how a very busy surgery could be so effeciant if i,m allowed i would like to thank the doctor who is a wonderful doctor regards margaret | ||||||

I called into the surgery to ask for a home visit for Mum who is 87yrs this morning. The reception staff were prompt and helpful and a home visit was arranged for lunchtime
The doctor rung prior to the visit to ask for a little more information.
The doctor attended and was kind, thoughtful and it was a pleasure to meet him
He was very thorough in his approach and I was really impressed with his manner & attitude to Mum
Couldn't fault the service in anyway
