this surgery and all the staff medical or receptionists have always been exceptionally kind and helpful to both me and my deceased husband. They have given above and beyond the service needed.I highly recommend this surgery to all. My sister always remarked how much better it is to her own surgery. Thanking you all for your kindness and help over the last year. | ||||||

I have visited MMC twice recently and am really happy with the treatment I received. The reception staff and my GP are friendly and caring. My GP is brilliant - they are reassuring and explained my symptoms and treatment clearly. | ||||||

I have been a Patient here for 26 years. It used to be good with personal service from resident GP's Henry, Cowie et al. The practice started to decline rapidly in 2016 and has never recovered. Trying to get appointments is a real issue and too many newly qualified GP's in the Surgery, so the place is being used as some kind of training school. The NHS is in a terrible state but this Practice takes that to new levels! The Nurses are very good and work hard if you can get an appointment to see one. I moved to Birkenhead Medical Building (Miriam Medical Centre) where appointments are freely available at any time to see absolutely any one. I think the basic problem is too may Patients and not enough Staff. | ||||||
