I received a text from Claughton (Paxton)medical Centre, asking me to contact them regarding blood results. After three long waits on the end of an unanswered phone I gave up....The 1st attempt was 11 mins, 2nd attempt 23mins, and finally the last one was 16mins!!!! I cannot believe in this day and age it takes this long to answer a phone...What a joke. | ||||||
