If you have mental health issues this isn't the practice for you because receptionists won't let you see a gp; it's become an uncaring, cold and dismissive place. We'll be changing to a more humane and caring surgery. | ||||||

I honestly don’t know why anybody uses this practice. You can never get through on the phone and when you do there are no prebookable appointments-only ones for that day. So once they have gone you have no hope of getting an appointment. The waiting room is miserable and like a morgue. The staff turnover appears to be huge as there is a different receptionist there every time I go (when I eventually get an apt) I’ve had two friends who made a complaint about how it is all run and the practice manager didn’t want to know. In fact she was extremely rude. I’ve also heard her shouting at one of the receptionists. She appears to be a bully. I have now moved to a different surgery and couldn’t be happier. | ||||||

I moved to this surgery because of recommendations from family, I would not recommend it to anyone they mixed up alot of appointments and missed things within the first few weeks I was a patient for a good few months and despite this never actually got to see a doctor or was never asked about my general health.I made a complaint which was addressed but my complaint was brushed to the side and I was made to feel at fault. I strongly recommend seeking alternatives i left the surgery after 4 months without ever seeing a doctor and being treated very poorly by staff !!! | ||||||
