Impossible to get an appointment despite mental health explained I was really low and needed to see GP sort antidepressants. It can take a week or more to get an appointment, it does say suicidal risk. I also don't like having to disclose to reciptionist why I'm ringing. The message you get when you ring up by Dr Clarke since pandemic no appointment available every day. Waiting for them to ring back when could have been seen by time they ring back, uncaring and difficult, I have medical complex unable to see a GP. | ||||||

All Through this Covid pandemic the service at cavendish medical centre has been excellent from reception call back appointments repeat prescriptions also in my experience reception have always been professional polite and very helpful . I think patients forget all the people who work there have family’s which must have been a worrying time for them being in close proximity with patients and risking spreading the virus to family . Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do . | ||||||

Constantly ringing to see some one as suffer with mental health and suicidal risk, also on complex medication never get appointment, ring back tomorrow same message worst surgery ever been to in all time other GPS easier to get to, my friends say no problems getting appointment with a different surgery. | ||||||
