Pre covid the admin at this surgery were very rude, post covid it is even worse! Took 4 weeks to get an appointment to have bloods taken, when trying to then book a telephone appointment was told on 3 consecutive days after being on hold for 30+ mins that there was no appointments available! I find that admin/reception staff should not tell a patient that their bloods results are not urgent, they are not medically trained or have any knowledge of what is normal/abnormal when looking at blood results. Directing to e-consult appointments is putting more pressure on our health service as the e-consult directs you to A&E if you don’t put in basic answers yet basic answers mean your then not given priority for telephone consultations Formal complaint will be made

The receptionist told me I could not book at the surgery, and I would have to ring them at 8.00am . I have spent 25 minutes listening to music, then when I did get through all the telephone appointments had gone. I asked about Friday, the receptionist said there are no doctors in on a Fridays. No doubt this is adding to the problems of getting an appointment!
