I moved to the area this year. When registering for a gp I registered at this practice, being the local gp surgery. No one told me there are no resident GPs there. I feel for the staff, they have an awful job but the lack of healthcare is woeful. If you phone later than 8.30am you cannot get an appointment. Its utterly disgraceful. I have asked to be moved to another practice but been told I can't as I already have a doctor... only I don't... and nor do my children.. | ||||||

Best Surgery ever. Often on review pages you just get people who are angry and frustrated posting and never get the full picture. Take my word this is an amazing practice with incredible people working here. I've always been listened to and helped out by the people working on reception numerous times. They go above and beyond their job roles to make you feel welcome and cared for. I've been with many gp practices and this is by far the best one I've been with. Don't believe people who just have a chip on their shoulder. 10/10 | ||||||

A business that always make errors with prescriptions, and rarely if ever is it a case of providing more of a given medication, always it is less and for years. Many patients have complained of this, some I have spoke to, some I have read saying the same on review sites. Occam's razor would suggest that the only way to make an error of the same kind, for so many and for it always to be less: well let us say it just seems unlikely be a simple legitimate error. It feels like a way to increase profits by paying less out on medications. I would at the very least advise everyone at the surgery: check your prescriptions and note how often you find you are given less medication than your consultants have prescribed for you. Also I note that the company behind this surgery also own a number of other surgeries and at all of them there are no partners, no gps with their names above the door. This is because they don't offer partnerships to gps, they pay them a wage. This is why they have a non stop revolving door of gps. This is why you will always see new doctors and never have a doctor here who stays for decades. P.S To the practice:. Please do not bother trying to put a case to the contrary in some bit by bit rebuttal. I know what the business model is and I don't believe anything you have to say on these matters. | ||||||
