On 21-11+22I saw Dr Stephenson with what I thought was a nasty but not too serious condition. Dr had a different opinion however and rushed me off to Aintree hospital for further tests and treatment. Thanks to her speedy diagnosis and actions, I was very fortunate and was eventually sent home in a much better state than when I left that morning, so Dr, please accept a massive thank you from me for caring and helping so many of us. THANK YOU. |

To all doctors and support staff. Saying thank you does not really convey how much we appreciate all that you do for us, most of which other people are unaware of, but I would like to offer our sincere thanks to all of you for the work you do and especially for the care and attention my husband received during his recent illness. Nothing was too much trouble for either the doctors or the support staff and the care he got was outstanding. Although we can never be repay you, we will never forget you so please accept a massive thank you from all the family. |

Avoid this surgery if you can. On two different occasions they refused me an appointment, and both times ended up in A&E Majors severely unwell due to not being seen. Same happened to my Fiancée when she had a mis-carriage and only found out she was having one after waiting 8 hours in A&E due to refusal to be seen. Spoken to the surgery today, considering I should be treated as higher risk, and again refused an appointment. Lack of care is very worrying from this surgery. They advise they are very busy hence why they can't offer appointments. Yet when your sat waiting 15 minutes after you should have been seen (if your lucky to get an appointment) reception still sign up new people to the surgery who just walk in. |
