Unfortunately this practice is now like most doctors in not being able to get an appointment for weeks. The reception staff must feel under pressure when patients call. It used to be one of the best doctors around but has become “where are the doctors ?” They are taking on new patients but can’t provide a service for ones already registered. Fob off knowing you will have to go to a walk in centre or worse still the hospital. |

From reception staff through to all the medical staff always courteous, thorough and approachable.
There is an issue with appointments with a preferred doctor but this is a resource issue and lays with NHS under-funding. |
