Truly abysmal service Invisible GPs-can't rate their services as it's impossible to get an appointment. Do any even work there at all? Clueless and unprofessional reception staff. Missed phone consultations-and somehow it's your fault if a GP doesn't call you. If you can-vote with your feet and find another (any other) GP practice- I managed that earlier this year (thank the Lord). If you're considering registering here-don't. . |

Staff are nice & try to help. Service is very bad , all works smoothly if you just order repeat medication the moment you are unwell or need regular reviews it’s a nightmare ! No appointments, or telephone consultations so difficult to even get through when all appointments are gone by 8.20. It is badly run & managed not taking into account the needs of local people who need medical help . Thousands of patients in this group and a poor service for all . I feel sorry for people trying to use this practice who have major health problems service totally inadequate |
