Terrible practice, was in my previous surgery 25 years never had a single complain been here 8 months made 2 complaints, reception staff rude, that’s when after an hour of trying to get through you have to battle for an appointment. Now I’m trying to leave the practice it turns out they never requested my notes from my previous practice and now my current practice can’t get my notes from them. Unprofessional and incompetent that goes for the Do tors there as well!! |

My partner recently died - she was 59 - she was blind - dialysis patient. Our GP practice could have helped make her life a bit better but it was easier to ignore her request for help. I was her carer for over 20 years. I am devistated over her death, I have been left abandoned of help and support. The practice has nothing to offer. Sometimes I am overwhelmed with thoughts of suicide and there is no one to turn to for help. I had a receptionist put the phone down on me today - nobody there cares - I know if I take my life they will have made sure they have covered their backs. God bless my beautiful Judy. |
