With the retirement of a number of key doctors and receptionists who are less than customer focused the practice is in decline. Rude receptions and bad/wrong decisions are our experience. |

I can think of one way only that the practice could be improved (see para.3 below) - Reception is invariably courteous and helpful. The building itself is warm and welcoming
The three doctors with whom I have had direct dealings over many years are invariably attentive, sympathetic, and helpful (obviously, within the bounds of current medical knowledge)
A criticism? Yes - the informative display in the waiting room does not allow sufficient time for the reader to fully DIGEST the message before moving on to the next topic.
All those with whom I have had occasion to refer to the practice in casual conversation have expressed views similar to para.1 & 2 above. |
