Great friendly reception staff. The Doctors are excellent and explains everything and treat you with dignity all the time.. Either face to face or on telephone they always listen. So someone like me with mental health problems. They never rush me. This the best surgery I have ever had. Keep up the good work |

Returning to the UK after. 9 years away presented it challenges. I joined this surgery two years after this. There was a lot of chaos in my life. The surgery shows a great ethos from the cleaners to the dr working in what sees a close cohesive team. All are friendly and polite (except when they’re no) Since a certain Partner left it has developed more of a relaxed family GP atmosphere - music in reception is so important.
For the reasons I have attended I have been looked after well. The dr and nurses are lovely. Although the dr might not know and ask for advice, they do and refer you on as a result of this - brilliant ?? Thanks to all of at the surgery
for my care. |

I had probably my best experience last week at this surgery even though the NHS is collapsing. Firstly i saw a delightful young man who took my blood and became concerned about something before i knew it i was being seen by other members of staff to help me, they were all funny and friendly and really made me feel at ease even though i was really unwell. It is clear they all have the foundations to work smoothly together well and their bedside manner is impeccable! Sure there is difficulty in getting appointments but id happily wait all day for this service with no quarrel at all.thank you wells city practice you all deserve more recognition. |
