Harptree surgery has always been there for myself and my family. The staff are always friendly and polite making my time there very comfortable.
I find the receptionists very polite and try to help in the best way they can in the circumstances.
The pharmacy have always provided me with my correct medication. If I am unable to get something on my repeat prescription they let me know. When I have forgotten my to do my repeat prescription they will go out of their way to get it sorted |

I sustained quite a serious leg wound a couple of weeks ago and have seen the nurse, on two separate occasions since. Both times she has been knowledgeable and utterly competent whilst also being sensitive to the severity of my injury. She has done a fantastic job and would thoroughly recommend her to further patients. |

I experienced symptoms of breathlessness and (with my limited knowledge of medicine) thought it was a lung issue.
I obtained an immediate appointment and the GP spent most of the morning attending to me, undertaking tests, liaising with a hospital and booking me in for more tests straightaway.
The waiting room was empty when I arrived - 2 hours later it was packed! My fault but I am most appreciative of the way in which the team reacted to a significant health issue.
They have remained involved in tests / checking / advice, which is especially important in dealing with a condition called 'Heart Failure' - the name does concentrate the mind. |
