While my experience differs from the six others here, it is no less valid. The surgery is diabolical. The GP strikes people off their lists for no good reason. Indeed, the Ombudsman is dealing with it, at this time. To strike off 2 disabled and vulnerable children, 1 disabled and vulnerable adult and 1 other adult for no reason, other than trying to get help for a chronic illness, is beyond contempt. | ||||||

My partner and I have been patients with this practice for about 34 years. Throughout the many changes over those years, both in our health status and the practice itself the core values of courteous, efficient and highly competent patient care have been maintained.
When we read of the apparent difficulties others experience elsewhere in obtaining GP services we are simply unable to recognise what is being described.
In my view the practice now offers all the best in car from the past in a modern well equipped setting. | ||||||

This surgery is amazing. The staff are incredilbly hard working and dedicated. They treat you like a person not a number. They make time for you and you feel as though they genuinely care and want to help. This is so rare nowadays. They are so professional. | ||||||
