Just had facial surgery for a skin cancer. Was told to contact GP practice to get stitches removed . Did that told they have no availability in7 days and I have to go to a minor injuries unit to get them removed. When I asked where these were I was told Tewkesbury , Stroud or Forest of Dean . We are talking travelling miles to get seven stitches removed!. No concern if I had the means or transport to get there. Terrible state of affairs our GO practice has no one to do this. Sending in a formal complaint. | ||||||

I hardly ever go to the Doctors but have felt particularly poorly with a bad chest. Saw Dr Hambling last week who told me to return if I felt no better tried to make an appointment yesterday but told to ring back at 1.30 but no luck. Rang again this morning, 12th in line with the que, took me 30 mins to get to the front only to be told by the Receptionist that she couldn’t hear me and put the phone down on me. I tried to ring back again and this time I was 14th in the que. I am having difficulty to speak as I am so conjested. I agree what other people say and the Receptionist at this surgery are so uncaring We are asked to treat them with respect but it dosen’t seem to matter how they treat their patients. Once you get past the mafia the Dictors are very nice. | ||||||

Lied and covered up trying to kill me. Didnt give me a tapering plan to come off antidepressants, then left me to die and suffer. Couldn't have cared less whether I lived or died, I've lost everything my career, health and future. I made a complaint and they just lied and covered it up. These are bad people with no morals, extremely incompetent, dishonest, uncaring and money focused. | ||||||
