I changed GP surgeries recently after being really let down leading to myself having treatment for breast Cancer due to no referral for a mammogram on the two occasions i went to inquire about a lump i could feel. I came to locking hill and have been treated with the utmost care, the GP's have been really supportive each time i have attended an appointment, the nurses are also wonderful, and the reception team have always been very helpful and very professional. I have been referred to outside examinations to discover other ailments and this has been done very quickly, i would highly recommend this surgery for patient care and treatment. Female late 50's very happy patient. | ||||||

I have now left this surgery as I felt they never really cared and it was so hard to get appointments. I had seen different GPs in the practice over the year but never found one that I felt really cared. As I had a new problem I decided to leave as I didnt think they would take me seriously. Straight away with my new GP I was able to get an appointment that week and the Dr seemed concerned and referred me to a specialist. I had lost faith a few years back when my daughter had 3 consecutive appointments with a GP for a severe headache over a period of 2-3 weeks. The Dr was very nonchalant about it and reluctantly referred her to a specialist. Luckily I paid privately for this and we discovered she had serious problem. Thankfully now all resolved. | ||||||

Don't go here if you have any mental health issues they do not want to help. You will just be inconvenient to them.This used to be a wonderful practice for 50 years but that has all changed. I have left the practice for personal safety and health reasons and now have a fantastic GP practice and I am much happier and healthier . ve) as well. | ||||||
