I live alone and, unfortunately, suffer with hip problems and will probably need an op. I cannot walk unaided, and am in constant pain. I have seen the doctor on a couple of occasions and they just dish out pain killers, but they don't work. I can never get an appointment with a doctor when I want one, and am fed up with being told. 'You are number ??? In the call queue'. I managed to get through earlier this week to be told 'you can have a phone appointment next week'. What good is a phone call? I am seriously considering changing practices, which is a shame because when I finally get to see a doctor the majority of them are really nice. |

I have now left this practice due to general incompetence. Never managed to get a correct prescription in two years, no one answers the phone, I’ve tried for hours to get through to the surgery. On the two occasions I managed to get an appointment I was sent to the wrong branch of the practice. Friendly staff but completely disorganised. |
