do struggle at times to get through the telephones first thing in the morning and can never seem to get appointments online - do they even release them online? im not here to grumble about the surgery cos i think they do a brilliant job they do take a lot of stick but i have to say when i do finally get through on the telephones the receptionist always goes out of her way to try and sort me out. Spoke to the manager about my online access as i blocked it - she sorted it out in an instant no messing around cant grumble at that. and nurses are angels as a diabetic patient im at the surgery regularly and i know im in much capable hands. well done salisbury keep up the good work |

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the GP I saw was absolutely fantastic, I couldn’t praise her highly enough. Made me feel completely at ease thank you so so much |
