Have always found appointments easy to get with their patients online access. And any doctor has been very caring. Lots of my friends complain about their doctors surgery, so I feel very lucky to have this practice as mine. Reception are very good. And I like their opening times too | ||||||

Me and my big family have been registered at this practice since around the year 2001. Every single one of us has always received the best care from reception to nurses and doctors. We couldn’t ask for better care, even though we now live out of the area. I find it sad to read some of the comments on here about poor care often it will be a reactive response to a situation and most wont jump to give good feedback when it’s due. I wish I could mention the names of all the doctors who continue to help me and my family everyday, but I know they will know who they are. Reception has had excellent leadership by the same person and she runs a very tight ship. It’s a pleasure to recommend this practice. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL THR STAFF AT ST DAVIDS PRACTICE. We really appreciate all that you do. | ||||||

Called in today to get an appointment for my Mrs who is in a lot of pain and was offered a routine appointment on 24th of Nov which is 6 weeks away. Sounds like a joke. By that time, we would either be in hospital already or this would be healed on its own. Absolutely useless service. Reception staff is so rude and unkind. Don't even bother to listen to your problem. | ||||||
