It’s a struggle to get through on average 30-40 minutes. E consults seem not to be read. Often a booked call is not made. Hospital letters not read so medication not updated, even when a copy of the letter and script handed in personally. I dread requesting medication as often it’s a struggle. Complaints made but no response. Some reception staff lovely and kind others quite standoffish. Recently heard them berating a member of staff. I advised I could hear this and suggested it wasn’t professional, informed not taking about a patient . I feel I have to be prepared for battle at this practice. I am planning to transfer care elsewhere. Such a shame as years ago attending the surgery was a positive experience. |

I am honestly saying. Thanks for the all workers, doctors and the staff I came to the UK in 2000. I lived in different parts of Bromley and I should change my GP. Always I had very poor Gp. The doctor knows which pill I had allergies , you can’t believe 5 times they gave me that pill. Lord save my life. I told by my friend about London lane clinic. My health improved. I am in this clinic since January 2004. On February 2022 I sent email to the NHS Health conciliatory about how good clinic and staff they are. They staff are friendly, the doctors give time to listen patients health problems. Give the right pills and advice. Even Covid 19 was tough time. But the doctors was valuable to see patient face to face. Once again. Thanks a lot for everyone Adela Nawabi |

I have been with this surgery for over 15 years and for many years they were great .. Not anymore they are now atrocious beyond belief . They do not answer the phone , one of the nurses asked me to swab myself in the surgery she obviously could not be bothered . I ended up on that occasion going private I was so worried about the lack of care and knew there was something wrong , there was and it was discovered immediately by the private doctor . Today after booking an appointment to see a doctor last week and receiving a confirmation and a reminder, when I arrived at the surgery I was told I did not have an appointment . Let us remind the NHS this service is not free we pay for it ( for 40 + years in my case ) . I am fed up with the unhelpful receptionists who have a bad attitude , being unable to see a doctor despite having an appointment confirmed . The health minister needs to come down hard on the GPs who want to work from home .. they cannot do their job from their lounges .. enough of this now !!! |
