I had no help so ever from this surgery when I was in a real pain. This is the third time happening to me. This receptionist she did even care that I was in pain all night, I haven't had any sleep for 2 days, I can't sit, sleep or stand. She offered me an appointment 3 days later. I told her I could be dead by then, she didn't even care. Here words were if u don't take the appointment I can't do nothing to you. That's how the NHS is degrading day by day. And Marcie the girl who answered the phone should go and have a course of humanity and how to be kind to people coz we not just numbers . | ||||||
