Totally appalling service. My friend was kept waiting for over one hour for them to answer the telephone, she was advised by them to telephone and was told she didnt need to complete an e-referral as this was to be a follow up. How can they treat their patients this way, totally abysmal service. How can they call themselves caring/professional etc. | ||||||

Part of my tooth broke away phoned the surgery next morning spoke to a lovely receptionst and she fitted me in with Simrath Mangat who was lovely and managed to repair my tooth. | ||||||
