I found Lata Patel to be very rude during one of my phone consultations. Whilst I was still talking to her, she terminated the call. I also find one of the receptionists at practice unhelpful and rude. She does not listen and talks over you and always in a hurry to end the call. I understand they must be extremely busy and under a lot of pressure but people only call them when they need care and that is what the Surgery should provide. People don’t just enjoy ringing the surgery. I had to call 35 times to speak to someone to get an emergency appointment. |

Dr Lata Patel is a very rude and arrogant person. She will not listen to the patient and just make her own judgement as to what she thinks is wrong with you. On google reviews you can see lots of negative reviews about her and I would question some of the positive reviews about her on this review site. |

Today 9th of November 2021 @ 8:48am I had an appointment for a season flu vaccine. Because I did not have a mask the Reception staff did not allow me for the appointment, booked 6-8 weeks ago. Not only that but their reactions was rude, tense and brutal. This kind of Surgery staff behaviour is not something a patient should experience or should have to put up with when visiting their GP for their health. This is a place where we expect care and understanding people who are able to communicate and explain processes and procedures. On my Appointment reminder text: (which I received a day before) has not mentioned - without a mask entry is not permitted. There is a sign on the Surgery Door to wear a mask, but as I mention to the reception, Quote: this is a very short notice and I cannot find a mask wright now - if I had this warning on the text the day before I easily could be prepared. I went back home hurt and thinking where to go! Change the Surgery!!! |
