The telephone number on google is incorrect. The number changed almost 2 years ago and no one has bothered to update it. It took me a long while to try and trace the correct number. Even on the NHS website the number is incorrect. Someone should have changed this a long time ago.

A doctor phoned me on Friday morning to discuss my leg. She said I needed a face to face as she couldn't say anything I'll until she looked at my leg. She told me the receptionist would contact me re appointment. I received a text message saying I was to contact surgery for appointment so I did only to be told she had made a mistake and I was to ring on Monday morning as diary wasn't open. So on Monday morning I rang only to be told no appointments available even though a doctor wanted to see me face to face. I was told ring each morning and hopefully I'll get appointment. This is really unacceptable, I told the receptionist if I've a suspected blood clot I should be seen or it could kill me. I told her the call was recorded and will be taking this further and I put the phone down. No one has even bothered to call me back to explain or concerned. Yes I am sending this complaint on and NO still no appointment.

Been ringing for a week now for a specific doctor to be told the same thing day after day to ring back up which I’ve been doing to be told the same thing over an over called today guess what the same thing
