An improvement on my last experience, I phoned in the afternoon, 1st in the queue, very pleasant and helpful receptionist who offered a blood test at the surgery. I arrived but found that I had, by mistake been booked into another surgery, however, the receptionist managed to get my blood test done at the surgery. All done in a very pleasant, helpful manner. Full marks for the improvement. Thank you. | ||||||

Probably one of the worst managed surgery's in the country. GP's are good if you get to see them but served by terrible reception staff. They actually advise to ignore the GP and keep you holding on hours on the phone | ||||||
