I've always had very kind and professional service at the Rusthall Medical Practice, so it was really surprising when in my last visit (morning of 18/07/2019) the receptionist was so rude... We were really polite and there's no need to treat patients (or anyone for that matter) badly! Will register with other practice even if further away if this happens again... | ||||||

I saw the Health care assistant today,She had a very professional manner, but was also friendly and warm .She was informative and gave clear instructions as to what she was going to do, and what the results would mean. She explained each step, and was clear and knowledgeable about all the tests and health advice..I would like to commend her on her manner and thank her for making my health check visit painless and enjoyable. kind regards, Alison Martin
